Redcon1 RPG Glucose Disposal 300 Capsules
The guys at Redcon1 recommend that you take one serving of RPG 30 minutes before a high carbohydrate meal. It is recommended that you take 2 capsules of RPG for every 25 grams of carbs, but do not take more than 4 capsules per serving. There is no reason to cycle RPG, but it is best used during bulking cycles.
Stacking: Because RPG is non-stimulant, it can be stacked with any other Redcon1 supplements. Most users stack this with Cluster Bomb, which is a high carbohydrate supplement.
