Mix 1-2 servings with 6-14oz water (or to taste) and stir or shake well. Leave to stand for 30 seconds before drinking. Sip before and during your training session or sports activity. If you had a strenuous training session, take another serving immediately after training. If you want to increase your overall daily BCAA uptake, you can also add 1-2 servings of AMINO MUSCLE to your regular water intake and enjoy throughout the day.

Warnings

An adequate state of hydration must be maintained – consume at least 8-10 large glasses of water per day. High free-form amino acid intakes may result in gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals – reduce dosage or discontinue use if this is the case. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause GI discomfort in certain individuals.
