Begin by taking one dose (1 Capsule) in the morning with your first meal. Wait approximately 8-12 hours, consume a second dose (1 Capsule) with a meal. Due to potency do not use this product longer than 8 weeks followed by a subsequent 4-week break. Do not exceed 2 capsules in any 24 hour period.
