Directions
Mix one scoop with 12 oz. of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage. For best results, consume Ketonz on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before exercise.

One serving of Ketonz contains 300 mg of caffeine which is more than two cups of coffee. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and rapid heartbeat.
