Directions
Mix one scoop of AMINO RUSH 2:2:1 with 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. For advanced athletes and bodybuilders, drink SHOTGUN 5X prior to training, AMINO RUSH 2:2:1 during training and SYNTHESIZE after training or any athletic event. Always consume at least 1/2 an ounce of water for each pound of body weight. For best results use 2 to 3 servings of AMINO RUSH 2:2:1 daily including non-training days.
