To assess your tolerance, take 1 capsule with 8 oz. of water. Once your tolerance has been assessed, follow the directions below. FOR WEIGHT LOSS EFFECT: Take 1 capsule twice daily 30 to 60 minutes before your two largest meals of the day (e.g. breakfast and lunch). For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. FOR MORE ENERGY: Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
