There are a few different ways that Hi Tech recommends you take this product.
For a pre-workout, take 2 scoops about 30 minutes before your workout.
For an energy boost, take 1 scoop anytime you need it. To help increase amino acids throughout the day, take 1-2 scoops between meals.
