As a dietary supplement take one serving (1 capsule) daily 15 minutes prior to first meal. Once tolerance has been assessed an additional serving (1 capsule) may be used late afternoon between meals. Do not exceed more than 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. It is recommended not to consume within 4 hours of bedtime.
