Directions:
Mix 1 Serving (1 Scoop) of FINAFLEX CREATINE with 4–8 fl oz water or your favorite flavored beverage.

Loading:
Take 2 Servings twice a day for the first 3 days, once in the morning and once at night.

Maintenance:
Take 1 Serving (1 Scoop) of FINAFLEX CREATINE once daily.

Foods with high levels of MCT may cause initial gastrointestinal (GI) discomfort, therefore it is advised to start with 1/2 serving to determine tolerance.
