Directions:Initial Use: Mix ½ scoop with 6–8 oz of water, and consume 20–30 minutes before your workout to assess your tolerance.
Regular Use: Once tolerance is established, you may increase to 1 full scoop mixed with 6–8 oz of water, taken 20–30 minutes prior to exercise.
Maximum Daily Intake: Do not exceed 2 servings per day, and avoid consuming more than one serving within a 3–4 hour period.
