Directions: 5% Nutrition recommends mixing one serving of 5150 with 6-8 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. Take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed recommended serving. To avoid insomnia, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
WARNINGS: This product is for the very extreme users. It has tons of stimulants. Kill It is also a good pre-workout, but it is dialed back a bit compared to this. Less stimulants and caffeine.
