Directions For Pre-Workout: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops of Sparta Nutrition Pre-Workout with 8-10oz of water prior to physical activity. Do not exceed more than 2 scoops per day. Start with less than 1 scoop to assess tolerance.
This product is only intended for healthy adults, 18 years of age or older. Do no consume more than one serving per day. This product contains 300mg of caffeine per serving. Do not use if sensitive to caffeine. Limit the use of medications, foods, or beverages that contain caffeine while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition (including but not limited to, hypertension or thyroid conditions), or taking any medication. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
