HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS WITH susuEVOL

We now have several thousand people who have had great success with this product.  Working with them has helped us develop a good program for maximum gains in the shortest time.

What kind of gains are people getting?
The average lean dry muscle gain per 5 week program is 12 to 16 pounds.  A few people get less than 10 pounds and gains of up to 30 pounds have been reported.  See how to increase the gains and keep them below.

How much should you take?
If you weight less than 150 pounds take 1 capsule per day.  150 to 200 pounds take 2 capsules per day.  Over 200 pounds, take 3 capsules per day.

When Should you take it?
Take one about 45 minutes before workout.  Take one just before bed.  Take one in the morning.  Take them in that order.  If you take just one, then before workout.  If you take two, the second is before bed, three; the third is in the morning.  Depending on your workout schedule, you may have a conflict that indicates two capsules at once.  This is not recommended.  So, allow 4-60 hours between doses.

How do I cycle?
Sustevol is very powerful.  It elevates testosterone levels 300 to 600%.  This equates to the peak of puberty.  The body consumes huge amounts of energy growing.  Typically people do not get enough sleep.  This causes fatigue.  For this reason and others, we suggest the following schedule:

15 days on cycle
6 days off cycle
15 days on cycle
21 days Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)

What about side effects?
The most common side effect is increased libido.  There are some forums that talk about liver issues.  But, none of our customers have reported any problems.  Some people (1 out of 25) report a loss of sex drive.  This is caused by the fatigue or by estrogen conversion.  Chrysin (estrogen blocker) eliminates the conversion and more rest helps with the fatigue.  These two seem to eliminate the libido issues.  Some people get muscle cramps.  See out discussion of Methyl precautions for how to handle this problem.

What about Liver Health?
Methyls are oil soluble.  This means they are process by the liver.  The liver is much slower than the kidneys.  Also, the liver tries to break down the high levels of testosterone.  To avoid any possibleliver problems, we suggest an extra 150-200 mg of Milk Thistle Extract per day. (Sustevol already contains Milk Thistle Extract)

What should I do for PCT?
There are two purposes of PCT.  First, natural testosterone production must be returned to normal.  While taking Prohormones, the body does not need to produce testosterone.  Sustevol contains some Tribulus which keeps some natural testosterone production going.  But, a serious jump start is needed.

Tribulus based products make some people more aggressive.  We suggest Test-A-Boost as the preferred Tribulus based product.

We prefer Hard and Natural Body which was developed nearly 20 years ago for folks injecting steroids. They also went long cycles of 12 and 16 weeks.  It is a Yohimbe based product with several other natural testosterone boosters.

To make sure the liver is totally flushed, we suggest 200-300 mg of Milk Thistle Extract during the entire PCT.

PCT Schedule:
Week 1: During the off week between the two 15 days cycles and for the first week of PCT -- Take double the recommended dose of testosterone booster (usually 4 capsules)
Week 2: Take the recommended dose of testosterone booster (usually 2 capsules)
Week 3: Take 1/2 the recommended dose.

Take one week off and you are ready to go again.

What about protein?
To get the best results, you need 2 grams of protein every day for every pound you weigh.  In our section on Whey Protein there is a table to help you see how much protein you should take.  The best schedule is 50 grams every 2 hours.  More than that in a single serving goes into the toilet.

What can/should I stack with Sustevol?
anEVOL makes a good stack.  It adds more weight.  But, the weight is not as lean and must be cut after gaining.  This stack is recommended for people trying to add large amounts of weight.
