APPLICATION TECHNIQUES
1) Use daily, starting with a small amount (about a size of a 50 cent piece) and gradually increase for maximum results. 2) For sensitive skin or first time AHA's users, apply every other day, slowly increase to daily (see precaution).
3) Using a spatula, remove a small amount of the cream from the jar into the palm of the hand and gently warm.
4) Apply using the fingertips to the desired areas, working the cream into the skin using gentle stroked.
5) On the forehead, gentle massage the cream into the skin using fan-like strokes, then work down each side of the face and across the cheeks using circular movements, work down the nose and around the mouth area until the cream has been fully absorbed.
6) Work UP the neck to the jawline with your full fingers - not just the tips.
7) For a final finishing touch to your routine, you can stimulate the skin and leave it feeling alive and awake by gently fanning it using gentle tapping strokes (as if you were playing a piano)
RECOMMEND USE
Uses as a 3-4 times a week treatment. For intensive problem skin gradually increases to daily.
SIDE EFFECTS
A mild stinging on dry, sensitive skin is a normal reaction. Can cause irritation or rash.
