Every day we receive e-mail and phone calls telling us about the great results people are getting from various products.  We have heard you tell us of losing 75 pounds and gaining 50 pounds of muscle.  We want to offer you a chance to show off and to tell your stories.  We have decided to offer a $75.00 gift certificate as an incentive to send us your story and your Before/After pictures.  The conditions are simple.

We are seeking people who have gained muscle or lost weight.  Other sites show you professional fitness models who support products for money.  We want to feature YOU.  Tell your story.  If you lost 3 pounds or 30 pounds, we want to know.  If you added 5 pounds of muscle or 75 pounds, we want to know.  Share your story and inspire others.

This is available to registered members only.  You do not have to purchase to participate.  But, you must have an account on our www.lowcostvitamins.net web site.  You give us permission to use the pictures and stories on our web sites.  If we use your pictures, we will send you a gift certificate.  If we don't use it, you will lose nothing.  We will need a little information along with the pictures.  By submitting the pictures, you give us permission to post them on the web site.  We will not use your name, only initials and possibly the state of residence.

Along with the pictures, send the following information:

Full Name
E-Mail Address
Starting Weight
Ending Weight
Products used to achieve the loss or gain (This is important in our selection process)
Age (fibs are okay)
Height
Add any comments you feel folks should know about how you got your results and any comments about the products you used.  If we helped you with our programs or suggestions, let others know.

E-Mail everything to real.people@lowcostvitamins.net and we will decide whether you qualify for a $75 gift certificate.  Don't be bashful.  We want REAL PEOPLE not professional fitness models.

We have not set a limit on the number of awards.  If we feel it is good enough to post, we will give you the credit.  The decision of our judges is final.  One submission per person.
