Directions For ASN HGF-1:

  • For general homeopathic effects in adults, the recommended dosage is 15 drops, taken once each day,placed directy under the tongue on an empty stomach. Hold for one minute, then swallow.
  • For maximum effectiveness, take 1 hour prior to meals or 30 minutes prior to workouts. Adjust dosage as necessary for activity and body weight.
  • The recommended schedule for taking HGF-1 when preparing for a competition is to begin taking the dosage 4-6 weeks prior to competition. Take 10-15 drops 3 times daily, before meals, during the first 2 weeks, then take 15 drops once a day thereafter.
  • Utilize coffee, tea and mint sparingly.
